Duties: |
| Responsible for helping co-workers and other staff at Kah-Nee-Ta provide each of our guests a pleasant, enjoyable experience. Make reservations for individual guests via telephone, e-mail or as directed by supervisor/manager. Be familiar w/computer system and maintain good communication w/ the front desk, village gate and Portland Sales Staff. This position assists the Reservations supervisor in the execution of her duties. Accurate processing of guest reservation requests. |
Qualifications: |
High School Diploma or GED. Six months - 1 year previous experience with telephone customer service. Hotel reservations experience desirable but not required. Able to speak, read & write English clearly. Detail oriented. Ability to type 50+ wpm. Knowledge on how to operate office equipment; fax, 10 key & copier. Sit for long periods of time. Excellent verbal, written and listening skills. Able to work in fast pace environment. Must be able to work weekends, nights and holidays.
