| Join our staff of professionals working in a beautiful corner of Central Oregon's high desert. Qualified candidate will be elgible for resort privileges such as free golf, warm springs pool/recreation, retail discounts etc. |
Duties: |
| Must have working knowledge of: painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, personal hand tools, drills, sanders, circular saws, sabre saws, grinder, propane dispenser, power snake, electrical test equipment, ladders and pool vacuuming system. Perform general maintenance and repair duties throughout the KNT property. Complete tasks in timely and responsible manner with the least inconvenience to guests. |
Qualifications: |
High School Diploma or GED. Must have general knowledge in areas of building maintenance. Previous experience in a hotel or related field preferred. Must have a valid ODL. Able to work long hours. Very heavy work - Exerting in excess of 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or in excess of 50 pounds of force frequently and/or in excess of 20 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Must exhibit reasonable flexibility to stoop, kneel or bend. Ability to work on roofs, in attics, or in confined spaces. Must complete and pass the OSP Background Investigation packet. Preferred Tribal Member.
