Duties: |
| Provide direct supervision for custodial duties as defined by EVS Custodial Manager. Ability to lead/motivate team in fulfillment of job responsibilities. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. Flexible schedule - must be available to work nights, days, weekends and holidays. |
Qualifications: |
Great Customer Service. ODL required. High School Diploma or GED Preferred. Must be 21 years of age or older. Must complete and pass the OSP Background Investigation packet. Knowledge of operating commercial floor machines, strip and seal hard floors. Shampoo carpet machinery. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to walk for extended periods of time.
