Duties: |
| Help repair Hamlet units interior and exterior. Assist with general maintenance. Grounds upkeep, mowing lawns, picking up trash. Use power tools. Looking for a reliable, responsible, energetic and self motivated person who enjoys steady work pace. Complete duties/projects as assigned. |
Qualifications: |
Must be 18 years or older. Must be able to operate power tools in a safe and responsible manner. Experience in carpentry drywall repairs, painting and cleaning. Must be able to walk, stand, and stoop for long period of time. Must be able to work with minimal supervision. Oregon Drivers License required. Must complete and pass the OSP Background Investigation packet.
