Description: |
Responsible for providing efficient and personable service for buffet guests, including beverage orders, service and overall dining experience.

Duties: |
Promote exemplary guest service standards through prompt, efficient and friendly service.
Greets and acknowledge guests entering the restaurant and/or seated in assigned service area.
Promptly offer beverage service and other amenities to guest.
Provide alcohol service and collect payment.
Provide attentive service throughout guest meal graciously serving, refilling beverages and condiments.
Maintain area for cleanliness by promptly removing dishes, wiping off chairs, table, high/booster chairs and reset table in a quick and timely manner.
Display and promote a positive attitude and willingness to be a part of the team including assisting other as needed.
Keep Shift Manager and Lead apprised of any customer concerns or positive remarks.
Promotes a clean, safe and healthy work environment for employees and guests. Promptly reports all concerns to Supervisor.
Ensure that operation of equipment, tools and materials are handled in a safe manner.
Comply with regulatory laws, employee handbook, department policy and procedures, and safety codes, etc.
Promote internal guest service standards through courteous and respectful behavior.
Cross train and provide coverage to Cashier/Hostes as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: |
One (1) year of food service experience with at least six (6) months in a customer service capacity.
Three (3) months cash handling experience.
Physically able to: stand and/or walk for long periods of time; able to perform repetitive motions with arms,
elbows, wrists, hands and fingers, exposed to second hand smoke and able to bend, lift and maneuver
25lbs.
Effective communication skills - able to read, verbally able to provide instruction, respond to questions
in English, and have exceptional interpersonal skills and abilities.
Exhibits a professional demeanor through appearance and by maintaining a positive attitude toward all employees and guests.
Must possess or obtain a food handlers certificate AND an OLCC service permit within 30 days of
employment.
Requires a high security gaming license clearance and be at least 21 years of age.
