Description: |
1. Must be able to clean a minimum of eighteen rooms per day.
2. Process, separate clean and dirty linen.
3. Able to stay on feet for eight hours a day and keep up the pace of the department.
4. Follow all safety procedures.
5. Follow all appropriate policies and procedures while constantly striving to improve all standards of operation.
6. Ensure prompt and courteous service to guests to ensure all guest experiences are distinctively supreme.
7. Effectively manage time.
8. Meet or exceeds productivity standards.
9. Ability to work all shifts, weekends, holidays and special events. |
Duties: |
1. Unload/load housekeeping carts with supplies.
2. Clean guest rooms which includes making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming and replacing amenities.
3. Wash the windows.
4. Replace the cleaning supplies.
5. Report all problems and any maintenance repairs as needed.
5. Have knowledge of activities in the hotel. 6.Attend all mandatory meetings.
7. Complete other duties assigned by supervisor to include cross training.
8. Report all unsafe conditions immediately.
9. Keep work area neat and organized. |
Qualifications: |
1. Prior housekeeping experience helpful.
2. Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other team members.
3. No employee will pose a threat to the health/safety of self or others. |
